Master P did an interview a few days ago and he spoke honestly about what he thinks about C-Murder and his situation. C later called into the same radio station from the pen’ to respond to P and say that he thinks his big brother is tryna hurt his case by speaking negatively about him. He hasn’t talked to P in years and said that P is wrong for saying the things he’s sayin’ about him.

C-Murder Says Young Trump Is NOT His Son
C-Murder had to clear a few things up regarding Young Trump’s comments in a recent interview. Trump has been claimin’ to be C-Murder’s son for a minute now and I guess C was letting him slide with it until Trump decided to talk a lil’ reckless about Bow Wow and his moms…LOL. C-Murder wanted everybody to know that Young Trump ain’t his seed and that he does not agree with the shit Trump is sayin. Read on…
Imprisoned rapper C-Murder has lashed out at published interviews by his alleged “son,†who discussed the rapper’s life sentence, while simultaneously disrespecting rappers like Bow Wow, his mother and other rappers.
Rapper Young Trump, of The Rich Boyz, appeared on Streetz Disciplez Radio and claimed he was C-Murder’s son.
During the interview Young Trump revealed he had issues with Bow Wow, Yung Berg and Sean Kingston.
He labeled Bow Wow phony and called his mother a “slut†and called Yung Berg a “fa**ot.â€
According to C-Murder, Young Trump is not his son, he is his cousin. “Young Trump is not my son, he is my little cousin,†C-Murder told AllHipHop.com in a statement. “For me personally, he’s young at this, so the beefs he’s into are something I do not support. For him to be saying I’m his pops and then disrespect Bow Wow’s mother like that….I don’t get down like that.â€
According to C-Murder, his younger cousin’s comments have stirred up controversy for him, as he focuses on his appeal.
“I don’t want my name thrown out there with this,†C-Murder told AllHipHop.com. “I wouldn’t never dis anyone’s Mama and I don’t appreciate it being put out there. Let me people know what level I’m on. I aint got one enemy in the industry. I don’t believe in enemies and I don’t believe in beef. That’s my cousin and I love him, but I don’t agree with what he’s saying.â€
C-Murder, born Corey Miller, is currently working with his legal team to appeal his conviction for shooting and killing 16-year-old Steve Thomas inside Club Platinum, a now-defunct Jefferson Parish Night Club.
C-Murder was convicted of the crime in 2003 and sentenced to a mandatory life sentence.
After a series of appeals that went to the Louisiana Supreme Court, his conviction was overturned in 2006, after it was learned prosecutors expunged the criminal backgrounds of their witnesses.
He was convicted for the crime a second time in August of 2009, but a juror went public after the trial, claiming the jury was corrupt and that she was pressured into making her decision.
Others claimed that a juror slept during deliberations, while another quoted from the bible and repeatedly asked to be excused from the case.
Even the judge sent jurors back to discuss the verdict during the trial, because he felt on juror may have changed a vote just to end the trial.
“We are in the process of reading over the transcripts now,†C-Murder told AllHipHop.com. “That’s taking 30-90 days. In three months, we will file and then go from there and pray for the best.â€

C-Murder Speaks From Angola Prison: “I’m Holdin’ Up…But I Hate It”
New Orleans bred C-Murder recently spoke out about how he’s doing in Angola prison so far. As yall know he was sentenced to life in prison a few months ago even though one of the jurors admitted that she was not convinced he’d cone the crime and says she was pressured by other jurors to vote guilty. Read what C had to say about doin’ time in Angola…
C-Murder’s Letter…
This ya boy C-Murder reaching out to yall and my many loyal fans that gives a damn. I’m in the process of my appeals right now, so keep me in your prayers.
And I want to send my thanks to those of you the support and believe in me and my innocence. I’m holding up pretty good here at Angola.
I work out regularly and participate in all sports leagues. Kitchen duty is my job and 5:30 AM is wake up time.
Of course I hate it, but hey, you gotta do what you gotta do. Life is short and the time you waste in jail can never be replaced.
That’s why I’m asking you guys to take heed to my situation and better yourselves to live a positive and productive life.
Education and discipline is most important.
If you feel alone in making important decisions don’t. Parents, priests, counselors or relatives are always available.
I wish you the best until next time.
Your’s Truly,
Corey Miller

C-Murder Releasing New Album From Prison
C-Murder Releasing New Album From Prison
I just found out that C-Murder is still gonna be releasing his new album this month on September 29th even though he’s locked up. I also heard that C will be appealing his murder conviction soon too.
This is my opinion about this situation: If any man kills another man then the family of the victim deserves to get justice. But if you are convicted for murder and you did not do it, you gotta fight til the end. The only people who know what really happened are the people who were involved and the people who actually saw the victim get killed at the club that night. Not the people who “thought they saw something” or who “heard gunshots.” I’m from the N.O. and word on the street every since this tragedy happened has been that C-Murder did not pull the trigger and that another person did. The consistency of that rumor for so many years is what puts doubt in my mind. With that said I am not siding with C-Murder because I wasn’t there, but I am saying that this is a real fucked up situation if he didn’t do it. My prayers go out to the family of Steve Thomas as well…dude was way too young to go.
Despite being convicted for murder and sentenced to life in prison last month, New Orleans rapper C-Murder is planning to release a new album. C-Murder’s Calliope Click album is being released by RBC Records and will hit stores on September 29. Sources close to Miller stated that the rapper will be appealing the conviction. “It’s amazing that this sort of thing is still happening in 2009. Corey had been hard at work attempting to rebuild his life and career,” said Brett Morrow of RBC Records. “RBC believes in Corey and for the local Parish judicial system to attempt to sideline the rebuilding of his life by convicting him unfairly solely based on his race is an outrage.”

His album Is supposedly droppin’ next month (Sept. 2009) and this is one of the singles, “Come Roll Wit’ Me” featuring Snoop Dog. What I’m hearing on the streets is that C-Murder may be getting another trial due to a mistrial from his previous trial that got him a life sentence. I’ll keep ya” posted on that as I get more info. Check out the new joint tho…the track fiyah.
Friend Of C-Murder Admits To Killing, Lawyers Say

C-Murder’s friend whose already serving a life sentence for homicide admitted to killing Steve Thomas, the 16 year old C-Murder is accused of killing. This is fucked up if it’s true because C-Murder has been goin’ through this legal shit for about 6 years now. If C-Murder is innocent I hope he gets justice for the bullshit they’ve been putting him through. Read more
