Example: I came across this show last night and as usual the only reason I stopped to check it out was becuz I saw Black people and yall know how we do…if it’s a Black show we gon’ watch it becuz ain’t shit else on. So like I was sayin’ I’m watching “Basketball Wives” and I saw this scene with 2 of the NBA wives having dinner at one of the other NBA wives’ house…my bad I meant to say they wuz having dinner at her man’s house ‘cuz she ain’t got shit.

The house dinner was at Orlando Magic’s Matt Barnes’ place and he was actually sitting there eating chicken n’ shit wit’ these catty hoes. At first I thought that the 2 broads who were visiting were hoes and Matt’s fiance was cool people. But then I realized that Matt’s fiance is the sister of the gold-diggin’ bitch who was fucking Shaq while he was married to Shaunie and who is also tryna sue Shaq now…keepin’ mind that Shaunie O’Neal executive produced this show…now that’s some G shit for ya ass.

Aiight but back to what I was sayin: I quickly put Matt’s girl in the category with the rest of the gold-diggin’ ding bat bitches ‘cuz I’m sure the apple ain’t falling too far from the tree.

I just don’t get why these dudes work so hard to get to where they’re at, only to give half of what they earned away to broke hoes wit’ attitude like, the ones on this show…minus Shaunie O’Neal- she seems genuine. If ya ask me these niggas is suffering from a case of “broke niggas with money” syndrome and they’re just into buying bitches.

Pac’s mom, Afeni Shakur was arrested in North Carolina the other day on some bullshit weed charges. They need to leave this lady alone.

First of all she gave us one of the greatest contributions to the rap game which is Pac so she’s kinda like hip hop royalty in a since…that’s gotta count for sumthin.’

Second of all Ms. Shakur used to be a hardcore drug addict back in the day and now she’s been off the hard stuff for years…true weed is a drug but what’s wrong with Afeni hittin’ the blunt every now and then huh? She ain’t hurtin nobody.

Third of all, to the dude who arrested this 63 year old lady for a lil bitty ass blunt…have you no heart?!! You sent this mature ass lady to the county pen over some weed bruh?

If I sound biased it’s becuz I am…Ms. Shakur has gone through a lot: being pregnant with Pac in prison and being acquitted only a few days before his birth; acting as her own defense lawyer in the racist 1960’s and actually winning her case; overcoming a major drug addiction; and teaching one of the greatest philosophers and realest niggas of all time, Tupac, everything he knows. That deserves sumthin’ don’t it?

The inspiration behind one of Rap’s greatest ballads, 2Pac’s “Dear Mama” was reportedly arrested in Robeson County North Carolina and charged with drug possession:

On April 16, 2010, Sixty-three year-old Afeni Shakur Davis was reportedly stopped by police while she drove and smoked the substance simultaneously.

Davis was released on $10,000 bond but will appear in court May 10th to face charges of felony possession of marijuana, simple possession of a controlled substance and possession while operating a motor vehicle.

Davis, a former political activist and former member of the Black Panther Party, founded the Tupac Amaru Shakur Foundation for students interested in performing arts, which is located in Stone Mountain, Georgia.

The foundation is funded by the profit from her son’s unreleased works.

Some of these judges need to serve time for falsely accusing innocent people instead of getting off scott-free.

A judge and a prosecutor in Venezuela was about to send an innocent man to jail for a long time because they thought he was watching child pornography. The fact is he wasn’t and the popular porno star on the movie had to fly her sexy ass from Venezuela to Puerto Rico to prove to the court that she is a grown ass woman who appeared in the 100% legal adult film that the innocent dude was watching.

Had Ms. Lupe Fuentes not agreed to testify this man woulda been in the pen gettin’ poked by “Big Earl” for a long mufuckin’ time. I think the judge and the prosecutor need to be the ones takin’ a lil trip upstate just for their lack of research in this case… from what I understand all they had to do was Google the broad and a bunch of legalized documents verifying her age would’ve come up.

This man still spent 2 months in jail over some bullshit and he got no restitution or nothin! Read on…

On August 12, 2009, an innocent man was arrested. After several months of hotly-disputed litigation, the innocent man was finally free. The police, prosecutors, and experts who were all lined up to send this innocent man to prison will face no consequences. And so we have another story about the mundaneness of prosecutorial evil.

Before returning home to New York from Venezuela, Carlos Alfredo Simon-Timmerman stopped in Puerto Rico. He was arrested for possession of child pornography – and he almost went to prison for it – even though a reasonable person could have discovered that the pornography was not illegal.

The man had in his possession: “Little Lupe the Innocent; Don’t Be Fooled By Her Baby Face.” The movie stared noted film actress Lupe Fuentes – who is also know as Wikipedia. Since 2007, Lupe Fuentes has had a Wikipedia entry. Anyone could have Googled the name of the alleged child pornography; found Little Lupe; and verified Fuentes’ age.

Under 18 U.S.C. Section 2257, all porn producers are required to verify the age of a porn actress. Every porn production company is required to have a custodian of records. Under the law, these records must be made available for law enforcement to inspect.

Rather than contact the custodian of records, the prosecutor solicited two experts to give her the perjurious testimony she needed for a conviction.

Alek Pacheco, who works for U.S. Customs, claimed that he was an expert on child pornography. According to Special Agent Alek Pacheco, Lupe Fuentes was between 13-14 years of age.

AUSA Jenifer Yois Hernandez-Vega also enlisted the help of Dr. Pedro R. Jaunarena:

Based on his numerous years of experience and training in treating children, Dr. Jaunarena will provide expert testimony regarding, but not limited to, the age of the minors depicted in the images in the labels of the DVDs and in the video images found in the DVDs seized in relation to this case.

Had Jenifer Yois Hernandez-Vega had her way, an innocent man would have been sent to prison for possession of child pornography. This man would have been raped in prison, and for the rest of his life, he would have been a registered sex offender.

Unlike Jenifer Yois Hernandez-Vega, the innocent man’s defense lawyer exercised some diligence. He researched the movie, finding the porn actress’s MySpace page. The lawyer contacted Ms. Lupes, who verified that she was over 18.

Rather than issuing a subpoena to verify the age of Ms. Lupes, AUSA Jenifer Yois Hernandez-Vega demanded that the adult porn actress personally appear in court. Ms. Lupes had to fly from Venezula to testify in Puerto Rico.

After hearing testimony and examining her passport, the trial court ordered the prosecutor to dismiss the charges.

Monday morning will be business as usual for Jenifer Yois Hernandez-Vega. She’ll pat herself on the back. “The system worked,” she’ll brag to colleagues. After all, the innocent man did not actually go to prison. That a prosecutor has an ethical duty to actually investigate cases and not indict innocent man will escape her. In The System, prosecutors file charges and raise hell. If your defense lawyer cannot protect you, what’s it to them?

Yet the innocent man would have gone to prison had he not had an excellent criminal defense lawyer. The innocent man would have gone to prison because the experts are not indeed experts; and because Jenifer Yois Hernandez-Vega and her team of federal investigators refused to actually investigate the alleged crime.

Although the innocent man spent two months in jail before being able to make bail, Jenifer Yois Hernandez-Vega will not even be given a reprimand. She’ll continue in her unethical ways, and there’s nothing anyone will do to stop her.

No one, that is, expect defense lawyers.
